How Licensing Works

You only pay for the learners who actually access a course. When a learner begins a module, that seat is activated and billed at $59.95 + GST. Additional seats can be added anytime, making it easy to scale up as your training grows.

Reporting and Seat Tracking

Pro-D Learning operates on a per-seat used model. If your organization delivers Pro-D content through its own Learning Management System (LMS), you’ll be asked to provide a report listing the total number of active learners or seats used during each billing period.

Reports should include learner or employee IDs (no personal data required) and completion status for each course accessed. This ensures accurate, transparent invoicing and allows us to maintain your course updates, certificates, and technical support.

Billing is based only on the number of learners who access the course content — not total LMS users.
